Vanessa spearheads China marketing and communications for de Gournay, creators of the finest hand-painted and hand-embroidered wallcoverings. Based in London, she works closely with the HQ brand and design team to create, define and implement a comprehensive and extensive PR & Marketing strategy to form meaningful narratives and relations with industry stakeholders from interior designers, brand partners to press and influencers, aiming to grow the business in China and among the overseas Chinese community.

Before joining de Gournay, Vanessa headed up the London office of Gutso Luxe, Asia’s leading luxury communications agency, to support UK and European clients with strategic counsel. Vanessa’s expertise spans across fashion, hospitality, e-commerce through delivering key services including research and intelligence, strategy development, digital and social campaigns across China and Asia.
